Disperser for mixing liquid paint

The disperser has the functions of dispersing and stirring, and is a product for mass production; it is equipped with a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, which can run for a long time, with stable operation and low noise; the dispersing disc is easy to disassemble, and different forms of dispersing discs can be replaced according to the process characteristics; the lifting structure adopts hydraulic cylinder as the actuator, the lifting is stable; this product is the first choice for solid-liquid dispersion and mixing. 

The disperser is suitable for the production of various materials, such as latex paint, industrial paint, water-based ink, pesticide, adhesive and other materials with a viscosity below 100,000 cps and a solid content below 80%.

The disperser is available in various sizes and models, and the parts in contact with the product, such as the stirring tank and the dispersing disc, are made of stainless steel. According to customer requirements, explosion-proof motors can be used as driving motors.

The maximum speed of the equipment can reach 1450rpm, and the line speed is above 20m/s, which can quickly and evenly disperse the powder into the liquid material; the material is evenly dispersed due to the extremely high shear force, forming a good Levitation effect.

Working principle:

Through the high-speed rotation of the dispersing disc, the material flows in a circular shape, generates a strong vortex, and descends to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between particles to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing and emulsification.

The hydraulic plunger is driven up and down by the hydraulic pump, driving the entire transmission mechanism and the working group up and down.
